While she was formerly known as a child star, Hilary Duff has recently returned to the spotlight with her role on Younger. The 29-year-old actress plays Kelsey Peters on the TVLAND comedy series, which returns for Season 4 on June 28. Yesterday, Duff was spotted on the set of the TV series in New York City, wearing a brilliant red frock with bell sleeves.
